                        Restorative justice
          (where criminals meet their victims to talk about the effect of their crimes)
Meeting a person who crushed your life completely must be hard but it is the only way to make things better.Some people say that restorative justice is just another goverment caprice, other say it is the best thing invented by the legal system.Let`s revide both aspects.

One positive aspect of restorative justice is the fact that victim and criminal are confronting their fears or deeds.Namely, it can change their lives completely, victim could feel relieved and criminal ashamed but determined to make things better.In addition to this, victim and criminal could feel connection between them , as a result they could make things up and have a fresh start or even become friends.Moreover,restorative justice is restoring the trust and confidence in legal system which is on shaky legs these days.

On the other hand,during the restorative justice meeting victim fears can get stronger,for example if criminal starts to yell or offend the victim things can get much  worse. Furthermore, meetings can become exhausting and time-consuming, victim and criminal could get impatient and whole process could colapse.Another potentially negative aspect of restorative justice is that criminal could abuse friendship and trust of victim,despite the safeness that system provides.
To summarise,on the one hand, restorative justice is great way to get criminals and victims back on their feets, on the other, for victim,it could be the worse nightmare.In my view, restorative justice is certainty,although with some disadvantages  it is still the best way to assimilate criminals back into society.

To summarise bolje stavi to sum up,on the one hand, restorative justice is great way to get criminals and victims back on their feets, on the other, for victim,it could be the worse nightmare. In my view bolje stavi my oppinion, restorative justice is certainty,although with some disadvantages  it is still the best way to assimilate criminals back into society.

Dakle uvod...nije loš, ali nepotrebno je reci da ćes razmotriti obje strane. Prva rečenica (crvena) je dobra i bas je za uvod dok ova druga (zelena) je nekako nepotrebna i bilo bi bolje da si nadovezao sa nekim retorickim pitanjem ili poslovicom 

Razrada je odlična, vokabular ti je odličan, samo pazi na preskakanje odlomaka. Dakle preskocis jedan red od naslova, drugi red od uvoda itd itd. Možda da navedeš neki primjer ''for example/ for instance...''

Zaključak isto nije loš, no ja bi na kraju samo malo više svog osobnog mišljenja napisala. I malo vezna sredstva prouči http://drzavna-matura.com/index.php?topic=186.msg153151#msg153151 ali sve u svemu ako budeš ovako pisao esej sa mojim opaskama trebala bi biti četvorka il petica zasigurno. Doduše ne mogu ti pregledati gramatiku jer nisam stručna u tom, no kad čitam čini mi se da je dobro.

Neka još netko pregleda, bolje je čuti više mišljenja.
