   What is globalization? Globalization is a proces in which many countries tend to connect themselves through politics and economy. This proces has its good sides like easier communication, better cooperation and equal rights for everybody, but it has some bad sides. For example, lower diversity, many cultures are disappearing and many local events threatned.
   There are many arguments for globalization. First of all, globalization brought easier communication between countries. Therefore, if there is a problem, with easy and fast cammunication it can be solved quick and effective. In addition, between countries there is a better cooperation in many projects, such as building highways or making business and hiring people. Also, there is tendency to gain equal rights for everybody. For instance, in job hiring and salaries.
   On the other hand, everything has its down sides. First, with everybody wanting to be equal, the diversity of things is lowering down. For example, lower diversity in clothes, cars or food. Next, many cultures are disappearing. During globalization, English has become official or second language in many countries and this means that some languages are becoming extinct or neglected. Finally, many local events are in danger of becoming forgotten because nobody will do that anymore or will not care about it.
   In conclusion, globalization has many advantages and disadvantages, but in my opinion it is a good thing because it is guiding us into a brighter and nicer future.

u uvodu bi trebao pisati općenito o temi, a ne navoditi pros and cons jer za to služi razrada...

--> ne koriste se pridjevi 'quick and effective, nego prilozi (kako? je učinjeno), znači  'quickly and effectively'

Dakle, u uvodu se ne pišu prednosti i nedostatci nego se započne kako si ti započeo i nabaciš nekakvo retoričko pitanje ili poslovicu. To ocjenjivači vole.

Vokabular je odličan, imaš navedene primjere odnosno argumentirao si svaku rečenicu koju si napisao što je jako veliki plus i to uvijek radi makar ne našao neki primjer izmisli ga. Vezna sredstva imaš, tema eseja je pogođena.

Jedino malo zaključak...hmmm... malo više svog osobnog mišljenja napiši. Rečenica više ne bi bila na odmet. U zaključku kao ni u uvodu ne pišeš da ima prednosti i nedostatka nego nekakvu glavnu misao napiši u zaključak ali svojim riječima i nemoj nikad prepisat već napisano gore.

Esej je u globalu za 4 do 5.
